About New China
New China is one of the chinese restaurants listed in Hamilton, Ohio. The business is registered at 4747 Tylersville Rd, Hamilton, OH 45011; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.
In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Hamilton; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in Ohio are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11 am–10 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach New China at (513) 870-0688; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, newchinahamilton.com.

I consider myself a Chinese/asian cuisine connoisseur and while this place has great options, there’s a few things I’d never order again that are typically favorites elsewhere. General tsos chicken… phenomenal! Finally some spiciness! So many places claim they’re general to be spicy and it’s not, this has a decent kick and it’s full of flavor. Bourbon chicken… yuck. It’s not great. Chicken is way over cooked, the flavor completely lacks. I love bourbon chicken, but not from here. It should be very moist and decadent and it’s not at all. I didn’t even waste my time eating the rest. Big disappointment. Sesame chicken… yummy in my tummy. Crispy and full of flavor. veg lo mein.. it’s not bad, but not spectacular. It’s your basic lo mein. Would be WAY better if It’s hard baby corn. Pork fried rice… no. Flavor is completely off and bland. The color is off. Just no thank you. Spring rolls… also lacking. The flavor just isn’t there. It actually has an unpleasant after taste. I tried these on 3 different occasions, it was consistent each time with the same thoughts. Egg rolls… fantastic! Which is funny, because I genuinely like spring rolls over egg rolls but these slap. Crab rangoo

I have been delivering Door Dash for years and I have done quite a few deliveries from New China. My favorite Chinese restaurant closed about 9 months ago so I have been searching for a go to Chinese restaurant. So a few of my Door Dash customers told me they love New China. So, I thought why not give them a try. Tonight I ordered a House Special Fried Rice which was really good. The chicken and shrimp were just the right size. New China is also a family run restaurant so I would rather give them my money rather than a corporate chain like PF Chang's way overpriced and skimpy portions. I have a day off next Monday so I am debating between Chinese or Sushi for my meal that night. And New China is one of a few Chinese restaurants that has Moo Goo Gai Pan on their menu. Not all Chinese restaurants offer that dish now. Great job, New China. You've got my business.

IGNORE any negative reviews on here! This place serves the BEST Chinese food in the entire area! Took me a long time to find delicious Chinese food in Cincinnati like we used to get out West. I've ordered delivery several times now and it has always been absolutely delicious and perfect. The portions are huge and always arrive hot. Highly recommend them!

I visited this new family-owned spot yesterday, and unfortunately, it will be a one-time trip for me. The service was quite frustrating; I ordered the green peppers with onion, but the woman at the counter struggled to understand me even after I repeated myself three times. Because of the communication barrier, they never asked if I wanted to dine in or take out and just assumed it was to-go. The food quality is similar to any other Chinese restaurant in the area, but the prices are higher here. Between the service issues and the lack of value compared to other local options, I won't be returning.

Next time ill stick to just chicken lo mein because that bao bao platter was so bad. Everything in the platter was over cooked and hard as hell and for $14.95 come on now......really im more salty about not even receiving any fortune cookies....if I would of known that i would of bought some before I even left the store.
